McDonald's Los Próceres — Restaurant in Santo Domingo

We have been stopping by this McDonalds on and off for the past 7 years. I don’t speak much Spanish but they keep a photo menu out which makes it super easy for me and my Deaf husband to order! We find the quality of the burgers MUCH better than the USA where we almost never go to McDonalds. We take our family to this McDonalds when they visit. Ok fun story.. got my order placed the cashier said the total.. of course in Dominican pesos.. 760 pesos.. me not thinking, thinking gives her 100 pesos.. she waiting 4 more.. i start 2 count out the change.. she immediately says "no no more more more!" El servicio no fue muy amistoso, la chica que me entendió me sirvió un jugo que estaba fuera de la maquina y cuando le pedí lo cambiará por el de maquina no puso objeción pero me insinuó que era la mismo.

El combo mc chicken en pantalla decía un precio y me cobraron otro, ya esto ha pasado varias veces, adicional el jugo estaba insípido. Lo que si estuvo bueno, fue la hamburguesa y las papas que estaban recién salidas de hacer. Lo positivo fue que el ambiente estaba bueno y la zona de niños para jugar, a mis hijos les encantó, los llevo cada semana solo por la zona de juego mientras como algo rápido.

Volvería cada semana solo por llevar a los niños a jugar y picar algo rápido.

La sucursal está céntrica para poder hacer tiempo si vas a algún destino en la zona. Buena cantidad de parqueo, pero no me fije si estaba hábil para sillas de rueda.

Recomendaría hacer una mejor limpieza en la zona de baños de hombres ya que vi algunas zonas manchadas por falta de una buena limpieza, sobre todo...
