Dragon City Cafe — Restaurant in Hong Kong

This branch came to our neighborhood a few years ago but surprisingly it's the first time we came here. Contrary to the always congested entrance, the seating is actually rather spacious inside. We ordered set dinner for 2. We tried western style Borscht and Chinese soup of the day. Both were sizzling hot and filled with veggies with little chunks of meat. They would be perfect if they were less salty. My wife ordered Sichuan spicy pickled fish and I chose fried broccoli & giant grouper. Both were up to seafood restaurant level, especially the first one. We would definitely order it next time. The bad part? They only accept cash! My wife, baby and I arrived approx 10:20AM and queued for just under 5 minutes. We were then seated in a clean booth. The staff are diligent in making sure the table is cleaned quickly after each use.

Drinks: Cold and hot milk tea. Hot milk tea was as expected, the cold milk tea was not so sweet - just right.

Scrambled eggs, sausage and fried toast - perfectly seasoned, nice and hot.

Pineapple bun - nice and crispy, a lot of butter.

Egg sandwich - crispy, tasty, great.

Noodle soup - tasty, with a lot of meat.

Total cost $91.

The neighbors who live there usually go there many times, but this time it really made me angry. There were responsibilities, but the waiter didn't say a word of apology, and the other waiter loudly told us to take good care of the children. His warm tips were not friendly at all, making this meal really not good for me.
