Hands down one of the best bar we've been to in South America. We came there as it was late after our night walking tour and was surprised how good the place was. Top service, Top food and Top beer. I would recommend that anyone do himself a favor and go eat and drink there. The Hummus was insanely good, we had the salad which was refreshing and delicious and had the pizza which was great. Hazy IPA was awesome. Thanks, we wish we had another night in Mindo just to eat there again.

Llegamos por aviturismo y terminamos cautivados por las joyas líquidas de Cervecería Ecuatorial: la Morandina, vibrante y floral; Passiflora, ácida y refrescante como maracuyá al amanecer; y la atrevida Ajicito, una sour con picante sutil que despierta el paladar. La Hazy IPA en grifo es pura neblina tropical: jugosa, aromática, con amargor suave y final sedoso. Excelente atención y un local hermoso y acogedor. ENGLISH Guarumo Bar is a craft beer oasis in the heart of Mindo’s cloud forest. We came for birdwatching and fell in love with the liquid gems from Cervecería Ecuatorial: Morandina, vibrant and floral; Passiflora, tart and as refreshing as passion fruit at dawn; and the bold Ajicito, a sour with a subtle chili kick that awakens the palate. The Hazy IPA on tap is pure tropical haze—juicy, aromatic, softly bitter with a silky finish. Excellent service and a beautiful, cozy place.

This was by far the best meal we had in Mindo. Super friendly service, fresh food and a really lovely atmosphere in a patio with plants and nice decorations. You will be happy you ate here! Try the sopa cidrayote-a squash soup make with the vegetables growing on the patio. Delicious flavor and not too creamy.

We passed by Guaraumo on the way to our hotel and stopped in when we saw the “beer to go” sign. Angie, the hostess, poured us give different beers to try and they were all so delicious. We missed the maracuya/mango brew which they sold out of the day before (despite only being open two weeks.) I haven’t seen any other brewpub in Mindo with craft beer on tap—- this is a must visit! Angie is delightful and so accommodating. The space is warm and welcoming - a must stop if thirsty in Mindo! (Saturday evenings there’s food and live jazz - so sad we...
