McDonald's — Restaurant in Alexandria

I will tell something that happened to me there ; once i ordered a MILKSHAKE-STRAWBERY and an CHOCOLATE PIE ....and i was like any one there waiting for my take away order then the service man gave the MILKSHAKE to me as the CHOCOLATE PIE wasn't ready yet ,and i observed something in my milkshake , that there were some of chocolate saus in the bottom of my cup and i told the service man about it but his respond was : 'yes there is some of chocolate saus but it tastes strawberry ' with a smile that i can't recognize why he smiled and i just couldn't understand what he told me right now, i was being like : 'are you joking with me right now??!!!!' . Then a girl was standing by my side and saw the hole situation and told me to ask him seriously to change the milkshake , i asked him and he changed it but he just looked in a strange way at me then i went out .

The thing is that i love MAC and i love being there but if the stuff is like that then no, i won't go to this branch again even other branches are...

I've been going to this branch since it opened 22/24 years ago, but.... The service level is really really to the lowest in this branch now, the appearance of some of the staff doesn't show any cleanliness, and it's not prestine at all, the service is too slow, beyond imagination, and tough the system is there tells you that your order is getting ready, or already ready to collect.. but your number would come up on the screen and goes for maybe 20/30 min, and you're waiting... And each time the at least 3/4 costumers having a fight over waiting...

Made a complain earlier about wearing gloves while handling the food, specially the ice-cream cones, cause the hands of the waiter would be all over them before handing them off.. and still, each time i have to comment personally on that and refuse to take it till he's wearing gloves!

I personally don't recommend this branch whatsoever,...

In shortly, it is 🍔🍟.

It's like all McDonald's branches the staff, service, food, menu and cleanliness are good.

But this branch has a very good location and great 👀view👀 at the stanley cabins, stanley beach🏖️, san giovanni🏨, 007 coffee, stanley bridge🎢 and corniche road🚥.

The place having a large glass area that allows you to see the magnificent view👀 in daylight🌞 or sunset🌈 time and also in night🌠 with the lighting of stanley bridge.

And this branch is famous for having a kids👬👫👭 play area and organizing happy events🤡 for them all the time.

You can enjoy and relax when you 🍔🍟 with the magnificent 👀 alone or with your family 👪 and friends 👩👨👦👧.
