The worst dinner I ever had! Wouldn’t even call it Asian cuisine, because the flavours are all messed up, the cooking techniques probably not existing which results into terrible menu items being served by untrained staff. We had California roll - seems like it was the best item we chose, which wasn’t even good but not as terrible as others. Fried calamari - totally wrong choice as it was just a greasy, salty fried mess served with some kind of sweet salsa instead of dipping sauce. The worst thing ever. Steamed chicken and shrimp dumplings shouldn’t be called that because I don’t think there was any shrimp in it and the dough itself was a thick pasta dough rather than thin dough which supposed to be used for steamed dumplings. The flavours didn’t work, plain mess, total disappoint as I love real steamed dumplings. Sweet and sour chicken and some kind of shrimp with peanuts was ok having in mind that everything else was so bad that my expectations just went super low. And the service!!!! First of all the restaurant was pretty empty and the servers were just chatting instead of paying attention to us. I asked for water as I was giving my order. Server just forgot and I had to ask for it again. It arrived while I was already on my mains. And it was something floating in a glass. I pointed it out to the server and he just ignored it. Forget an apology, he not even acknowledged it!!! Also I asked is 1 steamed rice portion enough to share for 2 people. I was told no. It would have been enough for 3 people. Asian corner is an all asian cuisines restaurant, you can find different types of asian cuisines, such as thai, indian, chineses, japanese -sushi- and even indonesian food in their wide diverse menu. That include appetizers, salads, soups, main courses, noodles and rice plates, sizzlin, sushi, desserts and drinks.

Their sushi menu has a variety of rolls and nigiri. Then sizzlin menu, has plates cooked at their iron casts that come all the way sizzling to your table. We tried chicken tandoori, it was amazing extra spicy and tasteful.

From appetizer, we tried wontaan steamed. Ome of the yummiest wontaan i ever tasted.

We tried couple of plates from their main course menu, and all the items are tasty and very well prepared. Spicy is real spicy.

The atmosphere is great and staff are very friendly. The food is generally very good especially the Indian dishes. Prices are surprisingly reasonable for the area and the chicken portions are bigger than I anticipated from the reviews so I ended up packing my leftovers to enjoy at home. My only note is that the sweet and sour chicken is way too sweet and lacks the sour aspect and I hope the talented chef works on that one for the next times. A quick piece of advice: if you’re two people try sharing one chicken plate instead of ordering two with your rice or you’ll end up packing both because the chicken portions are larger...
