Red Dragon — Restaurant in Cairo

The food was amazing and we really thought we can come back again, but the prices were super super expensive which did not make sense. The place is below average decoration wise. we ordered 1 beef noodles, 1 chicken sweet and sour and beef dumplings (12 pieces) with 2 drinks for 1150 EGP which is double what we pay in a well known high end Chinese restaurant. Nice and clean restaurant! Beef and vegetable noodles were good! The sauce was tasty and the noodles were fresh, but they need to add a bigger beef portion! Sweet and sour chicken portion was good but it tasted too sweet, I added some vinegar that was on the table to it and it balanced it very well! Fried rice was good but it needed more flavor, if you’re not a big fan of eggs, order it without it, because it has an eggy taste not everyone...

The restaurant name is wrong from Google map, I guess they substituted previous restaurant but inherited their Google reviews. The name is Huayimu, a lanzhou family business, but doing Xinjiang Ugur cuisine, not too cheap but acceptable. The grilled buns are really nice, other dishes are fine, please expect a slow severing because they have to cook one after one, you need more patience but food in general are fine....
