Sweet and sour chicken portion was good but it tasted too sweet, I added some vinegar that was on the table to it and it balanced it very well! The name is Huayimu, a lanzhou family business, but doing Xinjiang Ugur cuisine, not too cheap but acceptable. The grilled buns are really nice, other dishes are fine, please expect a slow severing because they have to cook one after one, you need more patience but food in general are fine....
