KFC — Restaurant in Cairo

If you visit it after 12:00 midnight you will be waiting to receive newly fresh cooked food, it is OK. But the staff are very careless to organise their roles in food preparation, after cooking the chicken they forgot to fry the potatoes, then you will wait till switch on the fryer to fry the potatoes!!!!! which let me wait almost 40 minutes, and at the end, I received cold chicken, hot potatoes!!!!! The branch manager is trying to offer any compensation as an apology, and even worse, the solution is to cancel the order and return you back the money!!!! What an...

No matter how many fried chicken places open this remains a favourite, despite the fact that it may not actually the best but I haven't tried any that was better. I just hate how in exchange of the somehow overpriced (recently gone up) meals they dont give out enough ketchup packets (!) And they have an inflexible system in choosing a mix of the pieces you like/dislike...

Pros: fast preparation. Cons: flies everywhere, eaten meals delayed disposal bringing even more flies, I guess staff there have just returned from war "a smile can just do it", Pepsi machine there not working and staff working in kitchen not wearing face...
