We'd been there before for dinner and regretted it. We wanted to give it another chance for dessert. Because when you think of ice cream in Turkey, the first brand that comes to mind is Mado.
So We went to eat ice cream . It was a terrible experience. The service was terrible. We asked for water, the waiter left the bottle and walked away, no glasses. After a long wait, the ice cream arrived. But we've never had such bad ice cream. The ice cream was definitely thawed and refrozen, with ice cubes inside. I ordered yogurt ice cream. I think they're freezing Greek yogurt and serving it as Turkish ice cream. It was literally sugar-free, and I couldn't eat it. We were embarrassed for our guest.

Despite there being at least four waiters present, the Egyptian waiters seemed to have difficulty hearing customers’ calls for assistance.
