Labash لبش — Restaurant in New Cairo City

The idea was pretty cool so my friends and I went to try it. The food was literally tasteless…as if they are forcing customers to order the extras (called 7abashtakanat in their menu) to just give the food a little flavor. These extras include a lot of things we did not want and they do not offer an option for the sauces to be ordered separately. They could not even provide us with ketchup which is usually free in any restaurant no matter it’s price range. So we ended up eating an overpriced tasteless fried chicken with terrible service and no flexibility in their orders whatsoever. I think giving them 1-star is too much for them and I do not recommend it. If you want to go there for the experience, go ahead but make sure you know that you will pay a lot for just the experience. I recently visited لبش and, unfortunately, it did not meet expectations — especially considering the high prices. The cost per person was quite expensive, even before ordering any food, with a mandatory service charge applied. What’s more frustrating is that the "service" we were charged for was practically nonexistent.

We were also surprised to find that children under 6 years old were charged as well, despite the restaurant’s own policy stating they wouldn’t be.

Overall, the food quality was average at best and certainly did not justify the premium pricing. When you're paying top dollar, you expect a memorable experience — both in taste and in hospitality. Unfortunately, لبش fell short on both.

They set out a table and give you a clean table over it is a clean sheet where they pour the found on it no plates since its a whole kg i think this store is great for any age exept for elderly people you can set birthdays like any restaurant but the prices are high really high 300 L.E for 1 kg of chicken strips refille fries, bread, sauces and coke but if your like 3 people it may be worth it i think it would be best if there was an option where you can choose the amount of chicken you get instead of you forced to get a kg of the...
