McDonald's Maadi 9St. — Restaurant in Cairo

Disastrous operation i am here after mid night and literally they dont know how to cover orders and they dont know what to do. It is chaos! Simply 2 fights erupted between customers and workers. And 2 fights between the branch manager and the staff. Very disorganized and disastrous. I will stick with using the drive through which unfortunately was blocked with supplier cars for like half an hour. Worst Mac experience ever. Oh and one more thing. It seems that they have a certain timer for the orders as we waited for a long time but while we were in the middle of the wait one of the team members came and pressed the order is delivered on the screen although we and others received nothing!! Which is even worst if that was true and there was a programmed timer and they were lying to it just to act like they were doing there job properly! It is a shame this is happening in the Maadi branch. Shame...

Although (to me) it's not one of the top 20 brands offering quality burger in the world; I can't deny that each and every time I visit this place I get impressed by the neat way they do things and the fancy way they present something below average in a way that looks genuine, clean and premium. This is most probably the world's best restaurant at making huge revenues and booming overrated reputation out of cheap material food. They know how to market themselves. They know how to attract children and families. They know how to grab your feet to their restaurant even if it would be only for buying their unique dairy products. I remember this shop in 1995 when it was the 1st McDonald restaurant in Egypt and I guess in whole Africa! The whole building was setup and equipped in few weeks , it was a destination by itself, the high-end staff was there and provided the services in very professional treatment. Now it is messy unfortunately, even the wall paining is very bad looks like a low-class place to provide bad food! Staff were horrible… holding their mobiles and not opening the window for cars orders with not nice looks or enough hygiene as McDonald standers.

I was there 10:45 asker for Share box the said come at 11:00, hence I took a round by car and back at 11:10 they still was not ready and staff were messy!
