I'd like to thank Ms. Rana as she was so cheerful and nice. I went to the place in the morning to have a breakfast and coffee. The food was so tasty. She welcomed me and she served me yummy breakfast! She is also a hard worker and she made me the best frappe ever. She managed to make me satisfied spending my day there. We were group of 15 people, 10 foreigners and 5 Egyptians. The place is like a hub of needy people! The ratio is nothing for them, the management is the worst starting from the parking guy until the manager. The staff were quite nice. Also they kept taking pictures and videos without asking and the day after our videos was on social media without our consent. Basically the worst...

The manager is horrible. We reserved a table and when we got there to sit down the manager came a bit later and asked us to get up for another lady. I showed him my reservation confirmation from WhatsApp and he said “you reserved to stand and not sit at a table.” How does this even make sense?
