TGI Friday's — Restaurant in Giza

We went Aug. 23 at 8pm. The restaurant had 10 customers, four wait-staff and a manager. We sat at a dirty table for 15 minutes without service. My husband had to call out and finally stand up to get attention. All staff including manager was glued to watching a football game on the big TV screen. The waiter asked what we wanted? We said, menus. He dropped them off and went back to the TV. After 10 more minute we asked a passing waiter to please wash the table. After 15 minutes more, my husband stood, loudly asking, "Hello... is anyone working here?" Everyone laughed and the manager nudged a waiter (menu guy) to go see about us. It took 20 minutes to get two lemonades. No coasters, no napkins, no asking if we wanted anything else.... only the backs of their heads as they lounged, watching TV....

Fridays restaurant truly offers a stunning atmosphere that's surprisingly quiet and spacious, creating a relaxing dining environment. The service was flawless, ensuring we were promptly attended to. The food, especially the steak, was exceptionally delicious, making our visit thoroughly enjoyable. The ambiance with perfect lighting and comfortable seating adds to the experience, and the clean bathrooms were a welcome touch. Friday's is my go to restaurant when eating out with friends, it's our favourite place! There is a huge variety of food, whether vegetarian, meat lovers or health nuts. There have been minor changes to the menu recently that added even more choices and extras. My favourite item in friday's is their unlimited refills of ice tea. The best ice tea in town, just perfect. To top it all off, the amazing staff are always helpful whenever needed and cannot be possibly nicer. The manager and the staff team are always open to complaints and they never let me leave the place feeling the least bit...
