Andrea — Restaurant in New Cairo City

Ordered at home, and I added a milkshake to my order. They called and said they don’t have any drinks at the moment and that they can’t remove it from my order so I have to settle for an alternative. The branch manager suggested I get sambousa even tho it’s “more expensive”. I hang up and find out it’s much cheaper. I call again and he offers I get a lemon mint drink with the sambousa and I agree. I get my food an hour and a half later, NO sambousa, and a half empty cup of juice. I call to let them know. The quality of food is NOT the standard of the usual Andrea restaurants in New Giza, and North coast. During my visit, there were only 2 tables occupied and more than 90% of the restaurant empty, although it was dinner time. There was shortage in chicken liver, although it is one of the well known appetizers of Andrea menu. The French fries was not freshly fried, but was reheated, the salads and chicken were ok, the rice was cooked long ago and also reheated. Terrible food i ordered the 2 person meal the kobeba was raw inside along with the kofta we had to throw them away. The shish tawook was burned along with the chicken. The samosas was oily and soggy as were the fries. The rice was old and the lemon juice spilled inside the bag and inside all the food and ruined everything I called the resturant to complain the manager just paused for 30 seconds after the complain and said we're sorry like he doesn't know why I'm talking to him in the first place.
