Great sushi experience on a budget! Not the best in terms of quality but still a nice place to get some good food for a reasonable price.

If you want to get some high quality Sushi dishes, then Arigato might not be the best option. The general quality of the food is not spectacular but it's not bad either. Their are some decent selections in this place that are very tasty and the portion sizes are very adequate. The food presentation is quite creative as well (you get your food in a Sushi boat, which is really cool).

The menu is not as varied as in other Japanese restaurants but it definitely has something for everyone. The combos and offers is where this place shines. "All you can eat" sushi for a decent price and appetizers are included. You just can't beat that!

While the bang for the buck is definitely a strongpoint, the service is a bit of a mystery in my opinion. The first rounds of sushi usually come out in less than 15 to 20 mins. However, if you go for seconds, preparation times skyrocket and you can find yourself waiting almost 40 minutes for your food to arrive. The staff are absolutely amazing and very accommodating but the long wait times do make the experience a little frustrating sometimes.

I've tried the more popular sushi places in Egypt like Garnell, Mori Sushi, etc.. but none of them could compare to Arigato. The sushi rolls are bigger, you can taste all the ingredients without feeling like every piece is the same, and it tastes very fresh and made with care.

The staff is by far one of the most hospitable I've seen. Our waiter didn't rush us, and answered all our questions about the sushi honestly and even gave us his own preference and suggestions when we asked. Before our order arrived, they placed an 8 piece complimentary roll, Sunshine, which has yet to be on the menu. It was super tasty and everyone loved it! They make sure you're enjoying your experience, and after we finished our food they gave us a plate of complimentary treats from the dessert shop next door.

The food and the sushi was literally below average. Sushi rice was so bad as it should have a gummy texture and dissolves in your mouth.

The "inconsistency" of the sushi sizes and quality while we were sitting at the same table. First we ordered as example "Philadelphia Roll" was kinda ok, and before leaving we ordered it once more in the "all you can offer "and it almost had no fish !!!

The waiter took 4 orders and they were all messed up and wrong and had missing items.

I don't know what is going in this new branch , but zamalek branch food was good.
