Ladurée — Local services in Cairo

It's my first time here, and the place is small but elegant. The staff is well-trained and friendly, and one of them told me the truth: I asked for rose latte, which is milk with pink powder, but he said I shouldn't order it because the taste isn't good here, so I went with latte. The decorations are lovely, and I was only able to take a few pictures because there were so many people that I couldn't take any more. I chose the inside site because of the lovely decorations and the open air conditioner. They have a variety of macaroni and I notice that they have a healthy drink, but I don't test it because I'm not interested...

Honestly this has been one of worst experiences ever! When I visited the waterway branch, I had to wait for over an hour to be seated. The lady managing the outdoors area is very slow. She was not able to manage the place or the customers coming in, and when people realized that they started taking charge. People literally started pulling chairs and tables and seated themselves which is so unprofessional for a place like Ladurée. I have been to the branches in paris and in dubai and this has never been the case. This is a franchise and quality of the service should be consistent...

What a wonderful way to start your day at Lauderee🥰!! The classic french toast and our sweet waitress Shahid is what brings us back. We tried something new today? The Mediterranean eggs and classic club sandwich, both beautifully presented and delicious. I think this is what it feels like to be royalty 👸🏻😅. From the fine China to the real silver-ware, an experience you won’t regret. Boushra and Norhan the other servers were also super friendly and caring. Looking forward to my next brunch...
