Orange Egypt Shop — Local services in Red Sea

Orange Egypt's service is an absolute disaster. Nothing ever works properly — I can't activate internet, I can't buy services, and every time I ask for help, I'm sent to a different branch. It's a never-ending circle.

I also have an issue with NTRA: my phone is not registered, even though the SIM card is under my husband's name. I've been sent all over Egypt — first to the airport, then to another Orange shop, then to yet another place. No one knows what to do, and no one takes responsibility.

As a result — thank you very much, Orange — my IMEI got blocked and now I can't use my SIM card at all. This is the worst customer experience I've ever had. Terrible service.
