TRATTORIA & CAFFE ITALIANO — Restaurant in Red Sea

I'm Italian and this is not an Italian pizzeria (I haven't tried pasta or anything else). An Italian when he goes out of his country never orders invented dishes but a simple Margherita pizza, because in Italy if you make a simple pizza well, adding ingredients is easy... Why it's NOT an Italian pizzeria, simple... you don't put tomato sauce on a pizza but tomato pulp, buffalo mozzarella means with the milk that comes out when you squeeze it, pizza base without salt and added flavors... All of it , basically disgusting...In response to what this pizzeria wrote, I ordered a margherita pizza with buffalo mozzarella and it was served with a different mozzarella, but apart from that I think that if you are Italian this does not mean you know how to cook, probably in Italy you did a different job and here in Hurghada you invented a job that you do not...

Very bad food quality 😕 CAN'T BE COMPARED TO ZIA AMILIA OR SOTTO SOPRA. I didn't expect to pay 280 in that very bad prawn spaghetti. Steak was very bad 👎 😕 Meanwhile, the table behind us was fighting with the owner about the quality of their pizza 🍕 🙄 and lazania. If we were not starving, we would not touch this food. The funny thing is that the owner is fighting and defines himself as it is a fight and trying to teach them how it suppose to be in a very debatable rude way, not just a review from a customer. After tipping its a Little Bit pricey for egypt I had cheese buffalo pizza water and garlic bread £10 price could come down a bit however pizza was ok one staff member spoke good English and communication was good the other guy who took the order for the garlic bread separately couldn't understand that I was asking for garlic bread with cheese he said they don't do it but I know they can do it very easy all they had to do was charge me for cheese and grate it on top very basic skills I think for a chef so was very bland it came with leaf instead wasn't very nice could do with updating most pizza places have cheesy garlic...
