Very bad service and hypocritical excuses. Absolutely not recommended. Last night at 6:30 p.m. I ordered garlic bread with cheese and a chicken burger with fries as a starter. My friend ordered a camel steak. Waited 1.5 hours with the excuse that it was busy and the steak would take a little longer. Not even a discount as an apology, only an ouzo was offered. When I asked where the boss was, he said he was in Cairo and unavailable and as the foreman of the restaurant he was not authorized to offer a discount. What a great place to eat at. We are so happy that we went there. First, we did not want to leave the all-inclusive resort, since we had so much food available to us at the hotel restaurants. Also, we were a bit scared to drive into the city of Hurghada, but all our worries were gone after we arrived. The place was very cozy but modern, and the food was terrific. At general wasn’t satisfied.

First of all they had no internet, And second thing they have really small tv inside that you can’t watch anything!

I wanted to watch football but I couldn’t, and outside it was already cold so couldn’t go outside and watch it on the project screen.

And also unfortunately they have no Visa machine! Which isn’t nice at all.

The food quality was nice, though the chicken soup wasn’t the best thing.
