This restaurant is pretending to be a steakhouse. The steak here is garbage. However I’m giving the food 2 stars bec the appetiser was good, it was greatly overshadowed by the terrible main attraction. I’ll tell you what’s wrong with the steak. The cut was horrible. I ordered the Sirloin steak. I’m not sure that it was a Sirloin but it was small and unappetising and it tasted as bad as it looked. If you look up pictures of Sirloin steak, it looked NOTHING like that. And to add insult to injury, It was unevenly cooked. I added the “surf and turf” option and it was 8 sad little shrimps, they were ok.

The service is a joke I sent the steak back and wanted to only pay for what I ate, the appetiser, water and surf and turf. However due to some reason the manager was not present so they couldn’t not charge ne for the steak I ate. How is a restaurant running without a manager is beyond me. They gave me a 20% discount. It was my first and sadly my last time to ever visit.

This has got to be one of the worst steak and restaurant experiences I had.

Myself and my family visited here for dinner due to seeing good reviews. We were very disappointed. I ordered the chicken fajitas, it came with 2 wraps and a decent amount of filling, however the two sauces were both very bland/tasteless and the tiny pot of cheese was enough for maybe half a wrap. The fence on the balcony was very wobbly and when I leant my hand on it to look over i nearly fell down! Very scary and very dangerous!! My partner ordered the pizza and had a bad stomach the next day. We also ordered onion rings and couldn't eat them, they were the worst onion rings I have ever had! The batter was very thick and dry, over fried and tasteless!! The food all came out separately, my partner had finished his pizza by the time my fajitas arrived, and the service wasn't very friendly. I only recommend Grill House for the decor, roof top atmosphere and service. Unfortunately, the food itself is mediocre to below average. If you do decide to come here then stick to the burgers and chicken. The steak was really bad. We wanted to order tenderloin from their menu but they didn't have any so we had to order the sirloin. However, as other reviewers have stated, it definitely wasn't a sirloin. It was a thin piece of meat that was overcooked and very chewy, even though I had asked for it to be done medium. There were also stray cats roaming around bothering our family, and both my son and wife are allergic to cats. We had to keep asking the staff to get rid of them but the cats kept coming back.
