This place is located in the hotel, which is not the best location for it due to the high volumes of people checking in the hotel or other events they host.
Was not looking forward to eating here as I’ve had bad experiences with this franchise in other hotels (Mexico) (other airports). Wasn’t expecting much but because we arrived late to the hotel this was the only place opened.
It took them couple minutes to acknowledge us and in all honesty it was not busy at all. That was a red flag for me already and I was already regretting my decision.
We were finally seated and we got drinks to start, martini lychee and regular spirit drink. We ordered Tuna tar tar and pasta carbonara.
To my surprise the food was actually really good. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality and ingredients. Never in my wildest dreams would have thought to order pasta in El Salvador. Actually one of the best carbonara I have tried. Likely they don't crank up the temperature of their oven high enough (Neapolitan pizza should be baked in 90 seconds or less) and their pizza dough may not have the correct hydration. I knew I shouldn't have ordered pizza when I walked into Picasso and saw the big rolling pin being used, but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt ! no doubts anymore, pizza at Picasso...

Though the second cook of the steak was also NOT edible.
Service was below average and at least what we ordered for main...
