This post is a couple years to late but looking back I realized I know I should've picked somewhere else. Right after check in (Mind you i checked in at 10pm) the first front desk receptionist was kind. When I wake up the next morning the next front desk receptionist tells me she needs a word with me. I ask what the issue is and she asks if I can cancel my online reservation because They don't want to pay the commission for the reservation and I'm thinking they're hooking me up. Wrong. I tell her the reservation I had was supposed to be a KING bed but all they had was QUEENS and the room was supposed to be A/C. She proceeds to tell me for the A/C it will be an additional $10 per night. I'm staying 5 nights already stayed 1 so that's an additional $40 I have to pay. Towards the end of my stay I had a Family emergency and had to leave 1 night before and asked for a refund of the last night and the 3rd Front desk agent tells me there are NO REFUNDS. I was upset and just accepted it. Breakfast for them is just 2 options. Pancakes or eggs and refried beans with a small bread. And choices of drink were either Water or Coffee. I don't drink coffee. They have a Bakery in the premises but do not give the guests drinks from the Bakery. I will be back to El Salvador this year but will NOT be staying here. It's not a bad spot where they are located but the service is horrendous. They need...
Read moreThe hotel is clean, in a safe area, with a small store and a pupusa restaurant just in front. An informal taxi service is running across the street, and if you ask the hotel staff they will get you a reliable taxi for a good price. Walking to the big Metrosur mall takes about 15 minutes.||Staff is hardworking, always cleaning up and ready to help you with whatever request you have. The internet connection is good and the shower has hot water with good water pressure. The rooms are quiet and friendly and are furnished with big closets and small tables to work and eat. I stayed for over a week and am extremely satisfied. The mattresses are a bit hard, though.||||El hotel es limpio, está en un área seguro, con una pequeña tienda y una pupusería justo en frente. Read moreNice friendly accommodation within a secure area of San Salvador. While it may be a bit out of the way, It’s definitely worth the money for a night or two. The area seems be somewhat gated with guards manning the streets, and the hotel also furnishes its own security guard - so if security is a concern, fear no more. Also, breakfast included in the price. Did I mention...
