Vulcano Restaurante — Restaurant in San Salvador

Our waitress was very nice and super attentive!! The specialty drinks are really what makes this place, but that's not why we came... We came for the Tomahawk Steaks, and we ordered 3 for the table, 3 queso fundido Chorizo, Mixto, chicken, salmon risotto, salmon ceviche, salmon sushi and Normal Steak Plate. For the drinks we ordered, Bloody Mango, Melon, Michaladas, Lemonades, Cokes, and Waters. The drinks were bomb. I would have loved to be here for a night of drinks, but we are staying in Congrejeria and did not want to DND. Let's hit the food. If you watch anybody there, social media, what must be the owner or manager eating by hand, a very well cooked Tomahawk :) Let's just say 2 of our 3 Tomahowks were trash!! If it were my restaurant, I would have handed the chef his last check. I struggled to cut through what was supposed to be a medium, well cooked steak, I really felt like I was cutting a prime rib, but all fat!! The second was rare notnsure if they thought we were animals looking for the kill, not sure, but also trash.. The 3rd was cooked just right... Can't say enough about the waitress she was on it, and the drinks were fire!!! Waitresses and the bartender make this place. As for the chef, I would replace him fast. He doesn't care about what he plates for...

😤 took a texi here from my hotel based on the picture of the meat with pineapple.... Oh God!!! Definitely worse $15 meal I've in el Salvador, I feel like I got totally bated!
