Khachapuri Georgian Cafe — Restaurant in Narva linn

I recently visited this restaurant, and unfortunately, the experience was not very pleasant. The service was disappointing — I had to wait a very long time for my dish. The entrance door to the restaurant was left open, and it was quite cold inside. There was also a constant beeping sound coming from some equipment — maybe a fridge or an oven — which was very distracting and annoying.

At some point, some friends of the waitresses arrived and started having a loud conversation with them, including swearing and personal matters. It made the atmosphere even more uncomfortable and unprofessional.

The food itself was good — I would rate it 4 out of 5 stars. The service, however, only 3 out of 5. Prices were very reasonable — 5 out of 5.

The furniture could be improved: the sofa I sat on was uncomfortable, and the table was a bit too high for me, even though I’m a tall person.

We were a company of five and I think everyone liked our stay at Khachapuri, despite mainly the following: when we were invited to the tables, they were tidy, but underneath them I noticed some food waste from previous guest, also the interior isn't anything specialand quite a few positions on the menu weren't available. The watresses though tried their best and were apologetic. The food was delicious (very) and drinks were surprisingly inexpensive. So if the owners would ask me for recommendations, I would say that the menu should be simplified, you simply can't sustain as many positions. And second, the serving staff should also check if the guest left any mess under tables. Otherwise, good luck to...

We arrived when all tables were full, so we had to sit on side tables that are not for food, hoping that when a table empties we would set there. Now, one table got empty, so we asked one of the waitresses, who was very nice all the time to us, and she wanted to prep the table for us, however, the other waitress who seems to have a higher command said no, and came to us and said it is booked. For an hour an a half three tables emptied which were not booked and they did not offer us to go to any of them, when our food is filling the small table. Honestly service was a disappointment.
