Kohvik Sõprus — Restaurant in Tallinn

It was my first time and will be defenetly my last. I went there with my boss and her husband and there dog. We ordered 2 small icecream coctails, i alcohol free beer and water with ice and lemon. First we waited our order about an hour and when i went inside to ask where is our order? I saw a waitress (male) siting in messenger and just chating with someone, when i asked him “sorry when will we get our order” he was like ooh sorry i forgot i will bring it right away. When he our order arrived i was dissapointed beacuse the water was without ice cubes - it was +30 outside and we wanted to drink something cold . The waitress asked would we like a free coffee without paying it for a compensiatsion for forgetting us and our order. Like yeah i want a hot coffe when i allrady feel like in hell with the hot weather. But if something positive to tell , there is a super cozy little houses outside were you can sit and eat or drink with friends . The outside atmosphire was great. I have visited this establishment a couple times before, but this past weekend was my last ever. A young waiter told us to take menus and sit down and he will be right with us. WOW. He walked by us at least 20 times and at least 3 tables that came after us got served very fast. Got tired of flagging him down after 20+ minutes and when leaving I told the young man that service was horrible to which he laughed in my face saying "Thank you! Have a nice day!" Service has always been horrible, food is ok. Will never visit again and suggest my family and friends also stay away...horrible

The best seating- if out with your beloved on a summer evening- is the top of the terrace or the little huts (See videos).

When I was there the roof terrace was unfortunately closed.

The food is quite good: salads, omelettes, desserts, teas, all kinds of meat dishes and they even offer a vegan plate. I had the Azerbaidjani magus pilaf with fruits and lamb, and a kefir.

As a former vegan and long time vegetarian, and not eating out often, I am not the expert on meat quality though. Their desserts looked yummy.

The place is understandably popular with Azerbaidjani kitchen lovers...
