Koidu 82 Resto — Restaurant in Tallinn

Good food, great “homey” atmosphere. The service itself was good, but when we ordered a cheese plate “Veini Kõrvale”, it was missing the star of the show and possibly the most expensive part of the dish, the cooked camembert in home baked bread. We noticed later that the platter was a little lighter, and when asked about it, the waitress just froze and splurted out “Error, there was an error, the bread didn’t thaw out in time”. Meanwhile we could see the table next to us enjoying the same platter with the camembert & baked bread. We ordered that dish, because last time we had it, it was the best part of it. The waitress did not offer any type of compensation, no apology, no heads-up, nothing, and just seemed to be avoidant of our table in general after that confrontation. Totally unprofessional behaviour and we had to pay the full 24€ for a dish that would probably be worth half that without the camembert & baked bread. Ruined the experience for us for good and probably will not be coming to that...

This burger has great potential. Bun is roasted both sides, homemade and natural tasting cutlet and fries come included. The leaf of salad holds the bottom bun from completely soaking in. No cheese. To my disappointment however the buns are sweet and all the potential in my case was lost with the well done and almost dry cutlet. I even double checked by asking for medium when ordering. Waited very long to get service. The table was dirty and sticky. Food was so bad that I did not finish it even though I was very hungry. Beef cheek was so tough I could not even chew it (never had beef cheek this bad before). When I politely communicated it to the service then they were insulted and did not even try to make up for it. After that I felt unwelcomed to stay there even though I wished to have another glass of wine and left with a bad feeling. It is very close to my house but unfortunately I will not...
