PROs|- Well-located, around 15 to 20 minutes walk to the Old Town and the City Center. |- There is a self-service convenience store at the reception where you can purchase food and other necessities 24/7. |- The room is cozy, it's tiny but well-equipped with the basics - comfortable bed and pillow, there is a seat and a table for 1 person, the bathroom has complete toiletries and a bath mat + towel set. Cleaning may be requested the day before.|- The breakfast spread is wide enough.|- We had a very good encounter with one of the receptionists where she called a restaurant for us and made the reservation herself.||CONs|- The entrance of the hotel is one level above ground and there is no lift access to the ground floor. They have a ramp which is only convenient for small luggage. I asked the receptionist about this and he says there is a lift at the back where parking is but this is not stated in any of the information materials sent to the guests. As a business hotel, this should be fixed esp that some business travelers tend to stay longer these days.|- The twin room is too small for two people, there is not enough space to open two big...

I don’t like to leave bad reviews, but this was an experience out of the ordinary. And I don’t mean that in a good way. I didn’t mind much the long queue for check-in nor the fact they couldn’t provide a baby crib for the first night even though we asked for it in advance. No, the real problem was the room and the ventilation, or more correctly the absence of the latter. We had no air in the room and couldn’t sleep at all, woke up with red eyes and sickness. Windows not possible to open. Under the bed was a lot of dust, which didn’t make the situation any better. We talked to a few other guests (from England) during breakfast and they experienced same problem and said thank god they were leaving the next day. Though, the girl in reception was kind and let us have another room (119) with openable windows. However, that room also had a non-working AC which was making sounds the whole night, also rendering any sleep impossible. Breakfast is nothing special at all, semi-finished food and horrible coffee. We ended up checking out 4 days in advance and they didn’t even care. Now we are enjoying Tallinn beautiful city at a different...

Dyrere, men bedre smak.

Having returned to Tallinn from Helsinki our second stay in the city was at the Centennial Hotel Tallinn. A modern complex situated in the Southwest quadrant. The hotel is smart and functional, a sort of jack of all trades in that everything is done well with nothing any objective person could complain about. Our 4th floor room was very smart, clean and comfortable. The high ceiling added to the feeling of space. A 3-inch deep wall unit housed a wide-screen TV that was fashionable and clever. Laminated flooring and a contemporary bathroom, with a rain head shower that Shaquille O'Neal could use, added to the appeal. Definitely a Tall-inn. The old city is in easy reach of the hotel. Aleksander Nevsky Katedraal (Alexander Nevsky Cathedral), Toompea Loss and Pika Hermann Torn (Tall Hermann Tower) are only a short walk away. Also nearby is Town Hall Square and Saint Nicholas' Church & Museum. A modern clean and comfortable hotel in an great location.

The hotel is located ~10 minutes by walk from the main entrance to the Old Town and near main Tallinn roads (also ~10-15 minutes from the airport). The rooms are nice and quite new, air conditioning is silent and bed is comfortable. The breakfast is very assorted and tasty, only big tee cups are missing (you need to drink from small ones or take a disposable cup). The reception service is friendly and helpful. The hotel is definitely worth to be recommended if you can accept the distance to the Old Town.

Ilus hotell kesklinna ääres. Kujunduslahendused modernsed, lobbyareas mõnus kirjandusnurk. Personal viisakas ja abivalmis. Seminari/koolitusalad ja hotelli restoran paiknevad -1 korrusel. Erinevad nutilahendustega ruumid mugavaks koolituse/seminari pidamiseks. Restorani ala suur, puhas, hubane. Töötajad viisakad, lahked, abivalmid. Toit maitsev, bufees värsked ja huvitavad valikud. Hotelli ees asuv kaldtee on liialt järsk vankriga lapsevanem ei saanud sealt üles sõita, kuna kaldtee on ka libe. Majaesine parkla on tasuline ja hind on pigem kallis 30 minutit = 3€, info tasulisuse kohta kodulehel puudub. Kokkuvõttes positiivne kogemus. Beautiful hotel near the city center. Design solutions are modern. Lobby area has nice literary corner. Staff very polite and helpful. The seminar areas and the hotel restaurant are located on the -1 floor. Various smart rooms for comfortable seminars. The restaurant area is large, clean, cozy. Staff polite, kind, helpful. Delicious food, fresh and interesting choices in the buffet. The ramp in front of the hotel for handicaped persons and strollers is too steep. I saw the situation where the parent could not get up from there with her stroller, because the ramp is also very slippery. The parking lot in front of the hotel, parking solution is priced parkinging, fee 30 minutes = 3 € rather expencive, also could not find any information about the fee on the hotels website. All in all a positive experience.
