It’s my first time trying the restaurant and The service is too bad i ordered cheesy chunk and i got Messy melt !! And i didn’t knew unless i went back home and talked to my friends!! Plus one of the buyers there was being rude with me and it was very bad and the waitress was just watching did nothing or talked to him although everyone there knows he’s mistaken!! Come on we’re at restaurant where’s the management if a fight happened you will just watch !! Cinema or restaurant!! After all of that while I’m eating the wrong order messy melt instead of cheesy chunk the sauce melted everywhere my hands and the plate i was asking the waitress to help me and give me napkins although she’s just standing right by my side doing nothing she said no !! Why not if you’re doing nothing and you see me covered with sauce and i just had fight with another buyer that was really not polite attitude and shows that the service is too bad and needs to be improved on how to deal in such situations plus the cashier needs to be more focused when...

It's a real shame what's happened to this place. It used to be my go-to for burgers, a place which I can proudly recommend to others, but lately, it feels like the magic is gone. The quality has really taken a nosedive, especially considering the prices just keep climbing. I remember when their prices were higher than other burger spots, but you didn't mind because the food was worth it. Today, after not ordering for a while, I was honestly shocked at how far the quality has fallen. The patty tasted like it had been sitting in a freezer for ages – they're clearly not using good meat anymore. And that Messy Melt sauce I used to love? Ruined by some overly sweet tomato ketchup. It's just disappointing when a 1,000 birr burger tastes like something you'd get for 200 birr. Like I said, the magic's gone, and I just can't justify going back.
