The coffee is superb, if you like it brutally strong as I do. But this place could be 5 star amazing with better service. You feel like they are doing you a favour by reluctantly accepting your money to give you your brew. And you can wait forever too. Even if it's not busy. One other thing that would greatly improve Tomoca would be some bar-stools as you are forced to stand, but that may be by design to fit within the unfriendly cold atmosphere they...
