Burger King — Restaurant in Helsinki sub-region

First of all, I was not able to order medium fries or any soda at all with my whopper meal on the odering screens. The items where marked as "unavailable" in the list and I don't know why, which caused a lot of confusion... So that forced me to order another side dish and drink, which of course cost extra, with my meal.

When I finally got my whopper burger, it was very tasty, however it was not as warm as I would have liked it to be. It was quite cold to be honest, which is quite interesting since the burger was the last item in my order to be ready, so you would think that the burger came right out of the grill... But that seemed not to be the case if you take into consideration the temperature of the burger.

And yeah, there was not any ketchup...

Edit: I gave it another try, unfortunately, still very bad. Filthy floors and tables. Food is not good. Bread was overtoasted as an example out of many. What an embarrassment this place is. Yesterday, the table was filthy. Uncleaned and trash all over the floor. I wonder if there even is anyone assigned with the tables cleaning there at all. The fries were terrible; stale, cold and somehow dry. They forgot my mustard dip. The chicken was thin and dry too. After a failed payment in the self ordering system, the entire order had to be remade again. A waste of time. Probably the worst fast food...

Really bad and poor customer service. Even there’s no scope to talk to somebody over the counter as they don’t want to do that. Just go through self kiosk and grab what they make for you. Got only 2 tiny pieces of old lettuce in my burger that already turned into red. 👎 There wasn’t even 10 orders in the screen but the front woman pretending to be unnecessarily busy and others in the kitchen just gossiping. So that none can get your attention.
