Worst experienced ever, the staff is very rude and racist (the waiter) whose there today. I understand you are alone but please don't be racist we are customer too, you can give your fair customer service don't be racist. To the waiter, you can give clear instructions to the customer especially if the customer is first time there. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. 👎🏼
We went there first/directly to the counter and order but the waiter told us to sit ANYWHERE he did not told us about the indoor and outdoor, ofcourse that is our first time (we don't know) yes you have posted in your door BUT we went directly to the counter to order we standing infront of the counter the waiter told us to sit ANYWHERE so we sit outdoor, we waited for so long then I talked to the waiter and he is very rude. He said HE is busy. We are customer too we waited there for how many minutes he knew we're waiting why he did not inform us and approach us politely. This is our experienced hope you accept what we experienced. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Read moreWe had an excellent five-course Asian dinner AT HOME because WE HAD TO LEAVE the place after getting NO SERVICE WHATSOEVER after a 40-minute wait. This place doesn't deserve to use the adjective "Japanese" in their description since Japanese hospitality - おもてなし - is a world-famous concept, of which these people have no clue.
Yes, we were warned we'd have to wait for 1 hour to get the order but if the restaurant can't follow their own guidelines such as "terrace service at the counter and table service for indoor tables and NOTHING HAPPENS, let me give you a few free tips: offer water to the customers or if you're too hard pressed to do so, at least let them know how to help themselves give the customers a menu to look at at least get their drink order if you fail to meet customer expectations, learn about it and apologize for the delay! if you can't run a restaurant, close it down or sell it to someone with a better skill set

Read moreI recently visited KOTO BENTO & Izakaya and was extremely disappointed by almost every aspect of my experience. To start with, the service was very slow and the staff came across as unfriendly and disorganized. I had to wait ages just to place my order and even longer to receive my food. I’m giving them 1 star for service.
When the food finally arrived, it was bland and poorly presented. The dishes lacked flavor, and it felt like minimal effort went into preparation. Honestly, I wouldn’t be surprised if it had been microwaved. The overall quality of the food deserves 1 star as well.
The only somewhat positive part of the evening was the ambiance. While not outstanding, the décor was acceptable, and the lighting was pleasant enough to give the restaurant a bit of atmosphere. Because of that, I’ll give the ambiance 2 stars.
Unfortunately, the small bright spot of a slightly decent ambiance doesn’t make up for the terrible service and bad food. I definitely won’t be returning anytime soon and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a good meal or professional...
