McDonald's — Restaurant in Helsinki sub-region

I had a very disappointing experience with the McDrive recently. A few days ago, I ordered a meal and only realized once I got home that they had forgotten to include my Coca-Cola. Mistakes happen, so I decided to let it go at the time. However, two days later, when I visited to buy again, I politely mentioned the issue and asked for the Coca-Cola I had already paid for. To my surprise, they refused, citing some protocol that requires customers to call immediately when they notice a missing item.

How is this fair? Am I supposed to drive all the way back or make a call just to get something they forgot to include in the first place? A little common sense and customer service would have gone a long way. Instead, I left feeling unheard and unappreciated. This kind of rigid and inflexible approach makes me question if I’ll return...

I like the place because they have everything a bit cheaper than other places in finland and also they are near my school so its nice to go get like a snack or a coffee after school, and unlike the other places they dont have a constant mess or have the bathroom smell and look like a person died in there after having explosive diarrhea yes i know people complain about them forgetting things and for that reason not recommending them but isn’t it like that everywhere else, also some do complain about there being alot of teenagers at one point of the day but hey its near a school what else do they expect it’s pretty much rush hour after school ends there, otherwise it has great service good view and...

El Maco was a great venture of mine through out my long life time. It has made me appreciate the diverse taste around the world. This place is so special were I met my first wife in 1903 and later got married outside the El Maco. This establishment is so great is should be regarded as a national landmark and great cultural identity for the Finnish people. It should be recognise on the same level as the Eiffel tower and the pyramids of Egypt.
