Second time visiting Pho Dinh in 2 weeks. Small-medium size restaurant, easy to find a seat on Sunday afternoon but clearly they have lots of takeaway orders going out too. No wait for food though and what kind of food! Portion sizes are perfect, food is flavorful and well seasoned, I'm in love with Bun thit nuong 😍 their spicy sweet condiment paste is addictive. Very friendly service and tasty food. We ordered 3 dishes and all were so good. The soups have very generous toppings and herb, the Banh Mi is more than satisfying , very authentic Vietnamese cuisine. Especially on the table they served spices and sauce, and the fermented garlic to eat with soup is just so Vietnameseee !!!. I just wish i live nearby so i can visit the restaurant more often. A newly opened Vietnamese restaurant. The pho was one of the best I've had: very tasty, fresh and with delicious flavours. The fried meat had a lovely smoky taste.

I've eaten pho in many different restaurants in Finland, Vietnam and Taiwan, and this is up there with the best. Next time I will try pho bo tai, which is my usual choice.
