We dined here on saturday evening and had pretty good vibes after reading the reviews here.
The experience was just plain horror from beginning to end and i cannot understand where did all these 5-star reviews come from.
Restaurant was full when we arrived, and we decided to wait for table 30mins. Wich was ok for us.
After we were handed ”menus” eventho its just qr-code (why would you even have the menu board then and print the qr anyway on paper?)
After rolling our eyes with other customers alike for +30min we did finally get our order in. After waiting for another 30 minutes we got the first drink on the table, but only for 1 person?
At this point we have been waiting for 1 hour inside ( and 30min for table) and one of us didint get even a drink.
We ended up waiting total of 1hrs and 45min for our mains and the food was bland and very mediocre. Microwave kept beeping behind the counter.
We ended up wasting our evening here basically...

They also got orders wrong, yet charged us for the more expensive options regardless (I ordered prawn dry pho for my main, but after 2 hours of waiting, I got chicken - was tired, hungry and annoyed and wanted to eat and leave so didn’t even realise at the time). The main was weirdly the same thing as one of our starters, with the skewers and everything. It was a really poor main dish for nearly 20 EUR(!).
They also keep accepting Wolt orders and taking new orders when they clearly can’t cope, push those out in between the 1hr wait you’ll have between starter and main when sitting in the restaurant, and you’ll be left waiting and wondering what is going on.
I wish they’d told us when we got seated it would take 2h and that you’d get not what...
Read moreJust traveled around this area for Vietnamese food and this place gave me such a bad experience. This is a small place and The waitress told us by Vietnamese language that she is Vietnamese and she could not communicate Vietnamese language because that is the rule by the shop owner!Wow!
Wait! The shop should be named “N’York bistro”,… instead “H’Noi bistro” selling Saigon beer and Vietnamese coffee.
This place shows that they do business by Vietnamese food style. In case you declined to talk the native language (but you can), I think that food and its soul are fake things you want to serve the customers. Who believe you cooking Vietnamese food?
The waiter is not my target. The matters is what the owner of the store thinking about the...
