I love the environment and the drinks here. Even Qi Tea is a franchise shop, but the taste of bubble milk tea is totally different from other shops. I can feel the delicacy and flavors in the drinks. Absolutely love it. Definitely will come back.

A very important thing is that the staff doesn’t have a good language skill. It’s very difficult to communicate with her and sometimes she makes wrong beverages to me. I ordered taro mash bubble milk tea but got taro bubble milk tea two times. And another time I ordered strawberry milk tea but got another one. Every time I didn’t say anything just accepted the wrong drinks since she is an old lady. But I hope she won’t give me the wrong...

Ordered zero % sugar Lychee strawberry, yet lo and behold, as I sip into the drink, 100% sugar!! I order zero percent sugar for a reason (diabetes) and they don’t give you one! All the other qitea branches give me what I request, and it’s only this branch that I had...
