We started with “Borani Bademjan” which is the egg plant dish you can see from the photos. The food was fantastic and very delicious. The flavor coming from the combination of eggplants 🍆, tomato 🍅 and garlic 🧄 was delightful. Two of us had “ghabuli” which is an Afghan dish. The food was quite okay for me, I liked the raisin and carrots in the rice and also the spices used. We had Ghabuli with meat shank. The meat shank was average. I have had better before. The other two had combo shish which was one skewer of minced beef, and one skewer of chicken. I tasted both, the chicken I liked but the minced meat was also average. Then for dessert we had saffron ice cream 🍨 which was absolutely great. The service was excellent and the atmosphere was also very nice. I will go there again to try more...
Read moreWe tried this restaurant for the first time in late January 2024. We had Koobide, saffron ice-cream, and Samosa. The food was delicious. The Koobide tasted similar to the good ones in Iran. The rice was super well-prepared and tasty. The best part was the saffron ice-cream with lots of pistachios in it. The smell of saffron was all over the generously-made dessert and it made it memorably good. In addition to the food, we liked the service we received. The staff acted professionally without over-communicating with us. They provided the service we needed but also gave us the peace and quiet we wanted during our visit. I can recommend this if you are looking for a good Iranian/Afghan restaurant...
Read moreI recently tried out this new restaurant, and it was a delightful visit. The food was delicious and very flavourful. The surroundings were very clean and well-maintained. The service was both warm and efficient, adding to the overall enjoyment of the evening. While we were eating, their chef came out to greet us and asked our opinion on the food, making sure everything was fine.
I recommend trying this hidden gem if you're looking for good food and an enjoyable experience.
Will definitely come back, curious to try out...
