Ristorante Il Trio — Restaurant in Helsinki sub-region

Undercooked and not so tasty risotto, but great pizza though. The place is very clean, but the interior is however somewhat outdated. The waiter was not very friendly unfortunately and also refused to accept the lunch vouchers, saying that it’s only possible if the whole bill is paid with them at once - not an option with the majority of providers e.g. Edenred when you need to have 10.90e payment per time (the bill was already split at that point to be shared among friends, so it was a bit of a nonsense to say that it would not be possible to split it further to cover with the lunch benefit - I never heard this to be a problem at any other place in Helsinki; in any case we just paid with the card; weird attitude and experience though). They have good food, went 3 times for lunch since last week, pastas are especially good, but was a bit disappointed with their entrecote steak, the deco in the restaurant is cozy. However, they have quite an unfriendly attitude, they don't greet their customers, and could be friendlier to their neighbours/customers who come to pick up food, come for lunch and were about to become a regular. Somehow doesn't feel good to go there, even though the food is good, so not coming back. We went there on Sunday and arrived there there was the waitress sitting at one table using the phone..not so professional, once at the table we had to repeat at least 4 time what we wanted to order to the other waitress. As for the food nothing really special, pasta unsalted and the meat was like a chewingum. Last but not least, there were the owner I think and someone else discussing in a quite loud voice don't even thinking that people can understand the language.
