The lunch menu is always top notch and many salad buffets pale in comparison of whats available on the side with the lunch. A cozy after-work and evening "living room" with an extremely varied selection of beers and wines. Dont expect a cocktail menu, that is not this places thing. The ala carte menu is well thought out and the food is delicious and well presented. If beer is your thing, the staff are extremely knowlegeable on the subject. Also on the topic of staff, they are always very friendly and customer-oriented; even if you are alone, strike up some conversation with the staff and they will be happy to keep you...

Cozy restaurant in the heart of Töölö. Their menu seems very traditional if not a little bit cliche with Finnish regular dishes such as reindeer shank, meatballs, giant escalope, salmon soup and what not. However, all the dishes that we tried were very well made. The desserts (beer waffle and rocky road pie) were fantastic. Our only complaint was that the portion is too small for the price. Service was friendy but a little bit slow...

Good beer, nice selection of beer. The bar side has a distinct beer odor. Friendly staff, they have a good sense of humor. Unfortunately the food could only be described as average. I had their schnitzel "urheilijan leike" which was fine, but bland, not much salt. Didn't quite understand why the dish included a mug half full of unsalted, melted butter. My gf had the meatballs, they were slightly tastier because of cream sauce but won't reach my top 5 of traditional meatball dishes in Helsinki. Too bad, they used to...
