Plus point: great packaging and friendly staffs. The bag is free and high quality, reusable.

Drink: I ordered green grape tea and jasmine fresh milk, both drink come without topping, the added tapioca is 1€ per serving, both M size came out around 6.9€, overall, a bit more pricy compared to other brands. I expected the green grape drink to be a “fruit tea” drink and sour taste. But it just purely artificial sugar grape flavor, like those Korean can grape juice, and kind of slushy, not fruit tea, so not recommended. Jasmine tea is great, a bit mild for my taste but better than others brand (others put too much jasmine flavor on to their tea, which made them weirdly smelly), top with whip cream and a bit of nut (with is not mentioned by the staff beforehand and no picture on menu, so maybe a head up later on will be appreciate)

Serving: Need to improve on the serving speed. I ordered at 15:55 and got my drink at 16:28, literally went to burger king to order food and came back still waiting. There were 8 orders at the same time with my order (which to my notices, mostly 1 drink, max 2 drinks per orders) and 5 staffs working inside.

Before ordering, I clearly told the staff that my wife is allergic to lactose and cannot have regular milk. I ordered a Matcha Fresh Oat Milk (as shown in the photo). I assumed this referred to the oat milk option, so I felt confident it would be safe for my wife, who is allergic to lactose.

Unfortunately, after she drank it, she began to show signs of a lactose-related allergic reaction. That’s when I realized the drink might have contained regular dairy milk.

I was quite disappointed, as this could have been a serious health risk. I hope the store can be more careful in the future, especially when dealing with customers who mention food allergies. Clear labeling and attention to detail are...

Best bubble tea in town! I am Asian. Bubble tea is like a part of the culture. I have not found any bubble tea shops here in Finland that are similar to those in Asia. It is even difficult to compare with bubble tea shops in other European countries. But Sea Tea brings a different feeling. I like bubble tea that invests a lot in image. Then comes the taste.
