La Bella Luna — Restaurant in Oulu sub-region

I enjoyed the food overall; it was quite good. However, I was disappointed when the food was served to my daughter. Unfortunately, a pack of ketchup accidentally dropped onto the floor and surprisingly, the server just lifted it from the floor and was put back on top of the food . I hope the restaurant can improve on handling such situations to ensure a more hygienic dining experience in the future. Music was so loud , we barely hear each other. Ordered a vegan kebab roll and there’s nothing vegan about it. Contacted the restaurant because they might’ve made an honest mistake, but they didn’t even contact me back at all. Very very bad service.
