Read moreI would really want to enjoy the museum's exhibitions, but frankly I didn't feel welcome in there. I was there with my kid and after getting guidance from the staff about their recent workshops, I went with the little one to take our outdoor clothes off and use the restroom. The workers were then following us with their eyes, trying to get our attention, as if we didn't understand the simple instructions. Dude, I'm just using the toilet first. My kid immediately understood to not touch anything, which she didn't, but another worker followed us around to tell her to stay further away from the pieces. Other workers followed us to tell us that there are free spots in the workshop, although there was a sign outside of the door telling us to wait. Not uncommon to Finland, the locals can be patronizing sometimes, and I felt it a lot at the museum, I felt like they were babysitting us. Can I just please enjoy the art in peace? Us foreigners have been to art museums before, don't worry. We...
