Cafferie Ekenäs is that oh so charming spot where I always have to count the change in my pocket as I approach it. Tucked away in the corner the way it is, I find it a rather upscale of a hide-a-way. Its the kind of place one can allow his thoughts to fill his head and yet remain his own. Each space allows me to stay self contained. Yesterday, I tastes a creaminess about the coffee. The place is under new management but overall it is difficult to justify 2 people spending 30 euros for two tiny baked potatoes, with a small salad and a cup of tea. The service is better than it was before but like many places the quality and value and asking price do not correlate....

Genuinely lovely food and extremely nice people running the place. Cozy and dog friendly too with plenty of vegetarian & vegan options and a seriously tasty spicy chicken soup and good coffee on the day...
