Average service. Some waiters gives the vibe of “too cook to talk to”. Some are okay though. Bad atmosphere, noisy, dark and crowded. Hard to enjoy after some time. Read moreThe bread is amazing! Super tasty and delicious - I've been really missing something like that in Tampere! Nice atmosphere and nice staff. The vegan meal was a bit of a disappointment. While it is great that they provided one vegan option in the menu, (a cauliflower risotto), it tasted a bit bland, without very interesting texture. Small changes would have made a big difference in the dish, for example, instead of adding a sweet syrup to a creamy dish, roasted seeds on top would bring flavor, nutrition and texture, or instead of cauliflower, using mushrooms to bring umami, or by adding some leaves of rucola for freshness and texture. . Of course I am not suggesting to add all of these at once, not even specifically these ones, but these are examples of ingredients that increase flavor and bring more interesting textures to vegan dishes. It was awesome that they had nice olive oil with salt and black pepper to eat with the bread during lunch, this made the lunch a happy experience overall. :) The presentation of the dishes...
Read moreVery cozy little gem in the corner of tullintori. When you arrive, first sight is the counter with homemade fresh pasteries and sourdough bread, the smell is amazing ! and you get greeted by a welcoming and smiling staff
The food quality is high and you can taste the passion in each bite created by the chefs. Every worker are frequently roaming the resturant to make sure the guest is enjoying there time I was very pleased to see the owner leading by example roaming the resturant, and reminding he's staff they are doing a good job it gave an amazing atmosphere In the resturant and showed a great team spirit
The resturant was also very clean and they had a open kitchen concept where you could follow anything from fresh pasta being made to smelling the loafs of bread coming straight out of the Owen. The resturant is also family friendly with high chairs and play room.
