Classic Pizza Restaurant — Restaurant in Tampere sub-region

Me and my family (4 adults, two kids and a baby) came to eat after we had been swimming in the spa. It was quite late on a friday and the kids were hungry. The waiter should have IMMEDIATELY told us that the wait was super long, but he didn't. We ordered normal pepsi, but we got pepsi max. We ordered our pizzas and then we waited for AN HOUR with hungry kids (age 3 and 5). And then when the pizzas came most of the pizza edges were burnt and the kids pizza had garlic on it even though it was supposed to be on an adult pizza. One pizza was missing the ruccola, which we got when we asked for it. The kids were so hungry we did not have time to order and wait another hour for a new pizza for them. Overall it was a bad experience and the sad thing is that this has happened to us before at that exact classic...

Their own site says it closes at 22:00. We arrived to the restaurang at 21:29 and the waitress didn't even say "hello"... she just said "we're closed". When I asked here why it stood 22:00 on their site she answered that the kitchen closes half an hour before. When we pointed out the clock (21:29) she answered "yes but we are closed".

Totally lack of service minded staff and should update...

Sinänsä ihan mukava käynti, joskin ensimmäistä kertaa asioivana sisäänkäynti oli hieman haastava löytää pimeällä, kun parkkeerasimme auton aluksi yläpihan (maksulliselle) parkille. Hotellin/ravintolan edustalla olisi ollut kiekkopaikkoja, joskin ei juuri vapaata tilaa.

Palvelua saimme viivytyksettä ja pöytäkin löytyi, vaikka porukkaa oli ja pöytiä suht vähän. Paikkojen vähyys hieman yllätti, sillä hotelli on kuitenkin ilmeisesti melko suosittu ja ruokailupaikkoja rajoitetusti.

Kävimme syömässä talvilomaviikolla, noin klo 19 aikaan. Odotimme pitsoja lähes tunnin, sillä paikalla oli vain yksi kokki - ajankohdasta ja ihmismäärästä huolimatta. Ruoka oli ihan maittavaa, tuttua Classicia, joskin ainakin gluteeniton oli päässyt hieman kuivan puoleiseksi. Mainittakoon myös, että suhteellisen pieni vesipullo maksoi peräti 2 euroa - ja kyseessä oli hanavesi...

Ruokailemme varmasti jatkossakin Classicissa, mutta juuri tämä kokemus ei ollut ihan...
