Possibly one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. I came to Tampere to try out "the best wings in Finland" but the service that I got left a lot to be desired to say the least.

When we arrived at the restaurant we firstly had to wait 30 minutes to get seated, while understandable, it just felt redundant that no one even greeted us during those 30 minutes. After we got our seats, we had to wait ANOTHER 30 minutes just to get someone to take our order. It honestly seemed like the staff had apparently no communication amongst each other as none of them had any idea if our order had been taken already.

When we did get our food, which was the last ray of hope for this disaster of a restaurant, it was just completely mediocre. To start with we got our appetizers the same time as we got our main dish (the wings), which makes absolutely zero sense. None of the starters really left anything to write home about. The fries could have used a lot more flavour, and the onion rings tasted and looked like rubber, and l would not be surprised if they were store bought. And the highly anticipated wings really didnt have anything to differentiate themselves from all the other wings that you can get in literally any place that serves food.

The positives of this place were that the bathroom was quite clean and pleasant compared to other places and the decoration of the restaurant was quite nice, but that's about it.

And to top it all off, after just wanting out of the restaurant we asked for the bill. Should seem pretty simple right? You ask for the bill and your server gets it for you. Not this time I guess. Again, we waited 30 minutes, after which I walked to the bar and asked where the bill was, and to that our waiter replied, and I quote: "Oh I forgot, where did you sit again?". Jesus Christ. At least let me pay for this lackluster experience so it could finally be over.

All in all, if our service wasn't as bad as it was. This would have been a decent experience. We could maybe give it another shot if we were guaranteed some decent service that wouldn't take hours to reach us. Very bad first impression to hot wings in Tampere. Can...

Absolutely not worth the hype, -minimum 1 hour wait time for a table -same until your food arrives -the appetizer option where you choose three snacks is meant to be taken literally, as they will serve you one (1) onion ring or and one piece of whatever 2 other things you chose for 1-2€ (each!) -the chicken wings were firm, the sauce (bbq) tasted nothing but spicy -the veggie option had very bad seitan, which tasted and felt like a sponge(if you don't know how to prepare it, don't offer it!), the batter and sauce smelled intensely like blue cheese, just like the dips you are offered as well as the "no-chicken" bite did, but in a way that was in no way pleasant -were given celery sticks even though the menu specified carrot/cucumber as the norm, which I image people with celery allergy...

Really poor service for delivery guys.. they don’t care online deliveries.. I have so many bad experience… we have to wait at least half n hour to take an order.. I had really really bad experience here..
