Terrible service. They have a sign asking you to wait to be seated. No one showed up and had to seat ourselves. The first waitress left went behind the counter and continued to gossip. The waitress just all standing there talking when there were tons of obvious things to do.

Asked for an English menu and they only gave me the daily specials in English and not an actual menu.

This restaurant was much better a year ago when it had recently opened. It seems to have changed the menu and the quality in such a short time. It's a huge disappointment. Especially looking up to see waitresses coughing into their hands before handling plates.

Comedy of errors. Right brand of beer, wrong type, dark instead of light. I have dietary restrictions. They removed all ingredients with those, but ignored the request for substitution, without notification. Removed: Salsa(asked for), guacamole and bean stew(not asked for, not notified). Ignored: Cheddar sauce instead of salsa. Leaving me with a disappointment in taste of the meal served. The request for "medium" also went unnoticed and it was served "very well done". Zarillo offers affordable daily meals, with a couple of choices to chose from, such as burgers, daily special, salads and steaks.

Burgers are quite a disappointment with much better options in nearby venues. The other meal options are also of medium quality.

In terms of atmosphere, the place is quite full around regular meals hours (11:00). You are advised to come a bit later if you do not want to wait for...
