What a great discovery I arrived in Evreux, hungry after a bike ride with an hour to kill before my train. I saw this jewel of a restaurant online and was convinced by the positive reviews. They weren’t wrong. What a great decision. I told the friendly owner that I only had an hour before my train. He reassured me that was enough time. I chose the salmon masala with rice which was delicious, one of the best I’ve ever tasted. The salmon was so tender and the sauce was a perfect balance of flavours and spices.
