Le Miralex — Restaurant in Aix-en-Provence

First of all, the place is very clean, spacious and cozy. Secondly, the food is really good. I had “bocconcini a la creme des truffes” for main corse and “poire pané aux pistaches et chocolat” for dessert and it was delicious! I also liked the way how the food is presented on a plate. The price of daily menu is not so expensive, especially if you take into account the quality of the products. And lastly, there is enough place to park a car( in front and behind the restaurant), which is very important for me. It is an ideal place for people who work in Les Milles zone. We were so pleased to find this restaurant. We know this area very well and have eaten in many many restaurants in and around Aix for the last 20 years but we found le Miralex really quite exceptional. The chef really understands flavours and balance. Every course is delicious and fresh. You feel totally sated yet not full. We do like and understand food and we'd highly recommend this restaurant. Amazing restaurant! During our 4-days trip in South of France, it was our favourite. Starter (oeuf mollet crème de truffe) and main course (veal meatballs) were excellent, the restaurant is nice and cozy, and the owners very nice.
