Although we didn’t eat there, I felt it was necessary to leave a review based on our experience with whom I presume was the manager. He was middle-aged, large build with short dark hair. My wife and I had decided to eat pizza and this restaurant was close to our hotel. As we were approaching the entrance, we noticed that our dog, a few steps behind was urinating a few meters away. Although not illegal, we didn’t feel that it was right so immediately asked the man in question who was setting up tables outside for some water to wash away our dog’s pee. The man looked over the wall and immediately started being aggressive. We remained calm and asked again for the water to clean it. The next thing he said was completely out of order “you Italian pieces of … At this point, I really felt offended but my wife diffused the situation and we looked for somewhere else to eat. To no avail, we turned back and started walking down the hill, trying to avoid even eye contact with the restaurant worker. As we walked past again, he repeated his disgusting insult but this time, I took the bait and said a few unpleasant words back. He then came towards me aggressively, looking to get physical. This time, I had to stand my ground, which I did but the man cowardly and wisely walked away. I have never been so appalled by someone’s behavior; especially as he works in hospitality. If you are the manager, that’s no way to run your business and if not, management needs to know as his employee’s behavior was unnecessary, aggressive, racist and...
Read moreAlthough quite some ratings are very negative, we had a good experience. We went for take away pizza since we wanted to shared one at the beach. The waitress was very friendly and offered us a table to wait for our pizza. A bit later she offered us some cold water. +-25 min later we had our pizza, nicely cut in pieces with some hot sause package and napkins. The pizza was not outstanding but also definitely not bad either. I liked it. I would rate it a 3,5 / 5. The dough is home made. Topping is okay and enough amount. Maybe this pizza can be put in the more "fatty pizzas" category, but that's okay. There are so many styles of making pizza...
I think the current 2,7 rating is unfair, at least for our experience. Kuddos to the waitresses and the pizza was good. Prices are also reasonable, especially compared to the other...
