Home-made pasta that you combine with sauces based on local ingredients. Excellent, fast and helpful service (English speaking too btw💪) Keep in mind - you will NOT get an Italian style, al dente pasta, since it's almost impossible to have it this way if you prepare pasta on spot.. Nevertheless, I liked the way it is served here. Bonus points for the view - among all the restaurants around this is definitely the best spot to watch...
