J’y suis passé à 2 reprises lors d’un déplacement professionnel sur Ajaccio. Cet endroit pourrait être LA pépite du golf, mais gare au service.

La première fois un soir la semaine passée, j’ai cru découvrir The Place To Be. Tout était absolument parfait. Le plat une brushetta de veau était excellente et surprenante. Le service a été parfaite avec un jeune homme tatoué.

Ce midi j’ai voulu retenter l’expérience et j’ai été néanmoins déçu par le service. Déjà je suis resté planté 5 minutes devant la porte avant qu’on s’occupe de moi avec les deux personnes du service qui faisaient des allers et venus sans me saluer et m’installer. Le plat, un espadon, moins surprenant mais tout aussi bon. Le pain a dû être réclamé. Les boissons demandées sans carte. Et surtout après avoir fini, je suis resté 20 minutes là aussi à observer les 2 personnes faire des allers et venues en me regardant. J’attendais pour un café et un dessert que je suis aller prendre ailleurs.
